GATE is a German-based venture, currently opening its first Indian office and seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through international student enrollment in our Germany/EU-focused programs: exchange programs, job placement coaching, xMBA, and higher education consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Source students via LinkedIn, webinars, university partnerships, and paid ads
- Sales Pipeline: Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, demo programs, close deals, and upsell tiers
- Partnerships: Build relationships with 50+ universities and career centers for referral programs
- Market Expansion: Launch campaigns targeting engineering/business students
- Events: Represent GATE at education fairs, webinars, and alumni networks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience via internships/projects/previous job: Proven experience in similar roles
- Communication: Fluent English + other Indian languages (advantage)
- Metrics-Driven: Analytical mindset with data-driven working approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Own the sales department, kick-start own initiatives, and work independently
What We Offer:
Annual pay: 3L INR – 3.6L INR (+ commissions from 1-2L annually).

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media: Own the content strategy, create posts, videos, images across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube (graphics, reels, carousels)
- SEO Support: Keyword research (Ahrefs), optimize existing content, write meta descriptions
- Email Campaigns: Draft nurture sequences, alumni spotlights
- Video Editing: Edit testimonials, program tours using CapCut
- Analytics: Track content performance, report weekly metrics (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Research: Competitor analysis, student pain points, trending education topics

Aravinth Palaniswamy
Aravinth is a serial entrepreneur, founded 3 organizations in Germany and has worked in automotive, robotics, and AI domains for the past 13 years. Aravinth founded GATE with the mission of providing international exposure to aspirants. Aravinth graduated from RWTH Aachen in 2016, and later studied Business from RWTH Business School and Harvard Business School. With GATE Trainings, Aravinth trained more than 500 students in Management.
